Our story began in 2005 with a small team and a clear vision – to create high-quality timber structures. Today, we are a company where long-standing experience is combined with modern technologies, delivering solutions that stand the test of time and serve generations.
In the early stages, our production relied heavily on manual labor – a team of 15 employees was able to produce up to 15 trusses per day. It soon became clear that sustainable growth could only be achieved through smart solutions and strict quality control.
Over the years, we have consistently invested in the modernization of our production:
Compliance with European standards – every truss we produce fully meets the EN 14250:2010 standard, ensuring structural strength, safety, and precision in line with the highest requirements.
Precision – computerized saws with automation guarantee millimeter-level accuracy in every component, minimizing the risk of human error.
Production capacity – modern semi-automatic presses and optimized processes have enabled us to increase output to up to 140 trusses per day.
We believe that people are the heart of any company. The introduction of new technologies in our production is not just about efficiency – it is a conscious decision to improve working conditions for our employees. By implementing hoists and forklifts, we have significantly reduced physical strain and heavy manual labor.
Today, our team’s efficiency has increased more than tenfold – 12 professionals now accomplish more than the original team of 15, working in a safe, organized, and technologically advanced environment.

The company “Koka Būvkonstrukcijas” is founded. The idea of establishing a wooden truss manufacturing company came to Raitis Freimanis after several years working as a project manager at one of the largest roofing companies in Latvia.
